Jules Coffee House in La Crosse

Best coffee in town. My wife has been coming here for years and I've just recently had the pleasure of stopping in myself. Absolutely delightful atmosphere.

Best coffee in town, hands down! The building is pretty old and could use some love, but otherwise great atmosphere. Plus, it's connected to Pearl Street Books: there's nothing better than the smell of coffee and books!

Only had a frapp! It was delicious! Their syrups are homemade. Nice place in historic downtown LaCrosse.

Great coffee, friendly service. It's a cute place. Perfect for a little study time, grading, reading, etc. Always recommend it to those who are local or in for a visit. I enjoy the mocha latte, iced mocha also delicious. You can't go wrong

I loved this place! Very pleased with my vanilla latte. Casual, unpretentious atmosphere. My table wobbled, but, eh. Very nice conversation with the barista. I didn't ask him, but I gathered that he was an owner. I will go back, as it was quite welcoming.

Great atmosphere, but I ordered Mayan Chocolate and got coffee....not a big deal, I'm a coffee person, but as someone who works in customer service I'd say pay a bit more attention. Enjoyable experience overall.

My second day in la crosse and the people and placesare very welcoming and friendly! Here, however, i just walked through the door and was trying to locate the register when an employee rudely snarked 'move' and shoved his way past me. I understand he was trying to pick up materials from an illegally parked vehicle, but you can politely ask a customer to move and direct them to the right location. This is coming from a food service worker who has been in the industry for 12 years.

Cool place to study and gulp down some good coffee. Would be great if they had more power outlets, though.

I love this place so much, it's just my favorite. It's really just an excuse for the book store, but I really did the old Irish snug style booth seating. Really chill. And fast.

I got a foamy cappuccino even tho I ordered almond milk which normally doesn't foam well so I'm super pleased. Their scones are incredible too!

Coffee and pastries have always been great but today I tried the African Peanut soup. Amazing!! Not sure what all is in it but it makes one giant bowl of deliciousness.

Delicious. Cute small town coffee shop. Very kind barista. I had a iced white mocha and it was great. Not too sweet espresso wasnt too acidic. Love the old town feel. They also had food and wine that looked amazing, but didnt try it. Would definitely go back whenever I'm in town to try the food.

What a wonderful place to spend a late Saturday morning on a rainy day in LaCrosse! Perfect dark roast, warm mixed-berry scones, lovely friendly baristas, excellent WiFi, convenient plugins and even coat racks on every booth.

Their chai tea latte is probably the best I've had in this area. I get it anytime I'm sick and it always warms me up and makes me feel better :)

Good hot chocolate. One flaw was that my friends large hot chocolate was put in a vertical glass while mine was a small, that is normal, but after comparing the volume with water we saw that the glasses actually hold the same amount of liquid. Don't get large sizes, it's a rip off.

They have been killing it since i was in high school and before 15 + years ago. Plus they have a conjoining book store next door so its my one stop shop for drinks and reads.

When I visit La Crosse, I am never disappointed with their coffee. The coffee has always been presented to me with the same consistency in flavor and customer service. I will order a caramel mocha coffee from larger chain coffee shops, but depending on time, location, or barista, the coffee will always taste a little different. Jules is easy to get to, I've been there at varying times of the day, and never had the same barista twice, but the coffee is always consistent. It's a great place to sit down and work, or I'll just stop by for a quick coffee takeout. I highly recommend Jules, whether you're a local, driving through town and need quality coffee, or you want to try to new coffee place.

Not the best coffee in town, but a fun place to hang out. Prices aren't the worst, but for what you get much better options in town.

Jules is hard to give a star rating to. Their drinks are really good and they're open later than a lot of other coffee shops, but the building is kind of falling apart around them, which makes it hard to give a higher rating.

Love Jules! Their coffee milkshake makes me die of happiness every time. They don't have much for food, but their coffee is decadent!

I used to go to the Root Note, quite often, but after I found this place due to a friend, I love it. You cna have to go or dine in, their scones are good and just the right amount of dry. They could have their tea slightly hotter, I will admit, but they are fairly good overall.

They make the BEST iced mocha. When I think of La Crosse, I think of this coffee shop.

The brown haired lady gave us the wrong drink and on top of that she put WAY too much espresso that we didnt even ask for. I WILL NOT be back.
